Job Description

We are currently looking for a passionate Marketing Executive, to join our Sales & Marketing Department on a permanent basis and help us to consistently provide outstanding five-star service to our clients.


To build and deliver campaigns across marketing channels and conduct initial lead qualification to drive new revenue streams and sales leads. Additionally, to be the first point of contact for channel partner marketing activity. Also includes supporting the Marketing Manager in daily activities.

Key Interfaces: Customers, sales team, channel managers, vendors


Job Roles


This role will involve:

·       Working alongside the Sales and Marketing team to drive lead generation, lead nurturing and awareness campaigns across target vertical markets and target personas

·       Building and maintaining Target Market Lists within Salesforce

·       Planning, executing and managing outbound marketing campaigns to deadline, from conception through to completion

·       Managing and continuously optimising automated emails

·       Involvement in publication of landing pages, email marketing content, social blogs and campaigns plus other content as needed

·       Ensure that all campaigns are supported comprehensively through on-line channels, including website, social media, internal database & affiliate partnerships

·       Conducting Daily Marketing Activities that Achieve Department Goals

·       Develops marketing plans that addresses the distribution of rate offers, packages and programs designed to build occupancy.

·       Maintains, updates, and manages all web sites / online channels

·        

·       Conducting initial lead qualification of MQLs prior to handover to Sales

·       Working with the Sales team on lead follow and ensure leads are properly managed

·       Helping to improve Marketing team efficiencies by placing a key focus on results-driven campaigns

·       Acting as the first point of contact for channel partner activity related to Marketing such as managing partner newsletters, win wires, co-sell and co-branded documentation

·       Providing general marketing support and advice as required, including administrative tasks to support the wider business and maintain the functioning of the Marketing Department

·       To deliver outstanding results across all relevant channels e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, Instagram Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube etc.

·       You will report into the PPC Team Manager, with the role requiring you to work closely with clients and colleagues, helping them to set up, manage and optimise multiple campaigns.

·       You will be responsible for the activation, optimisation and performance analysis for your allocated accounts, helping govern overall strategy and ensuring that ROI and performance targets are reached. You will need to deliver regular reports and actionable insights to internal stakeholders, showing campaign results, highlighting key trends and offering suggestions for continued improvement.


Job Responsibilities

We are looking for someone with:

·       Experience in CRM platforms and marketing automation tools, particularly email marketing (essential) (Salesforce and Pardot preferred), plus social media

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Good organisation skills, with an eye for detail

·       Ability to prioritise workload

·       A can-do attitude

Working Hours: Normal working hours are 8 am to 5, Monday – Friday.
