About the job
We are seeking a self-employed Hair
Stylist/Beautician who has experience working with customers and is a
skilled stylist on a chair rental basis.
Job Roles
We are particularly interested
in candidates that have previous experience working in a salon
environment and can provide exceptional customer service. The ideal
candidate for this position is a talented stylist who enjoys working
with people and looks forward to building relationships with new
clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide clients advice about hair care and maintenance.
- Provide a safe, clean, and friendly environment for clients and co-workers.
- Maintain current knowledge of new styles, products and trends in the industry.
- Recommend hair care products and services to clients.
- Cut hair as requested by client or as desired by company guidelines.
- Comb hair to evaluate condition in order to recommend appropriate services and products.
- Work with other stylists to ensure efficient work flow in the salon.
- Work under pressure to meet stylist's schedules and clients' needs.
